I have 2 problems with this merchant. First, I only received 2 of a particular pin, although I ordered and paid for 3. I contacted their customer service about this but have not heard from them. Second, although all of my items ordered were light, co...nsisting of labels and small pins, which could easily have been sent through USPS, I was charged a minimum shipping charge of more than 9-dollars, which was certainly excessive. I am sorry, but, for these reasons, I do not see myself shopping from this merchant again.

I didn't need customer service but n/a was not an option. I was disappointed at the cost of the shipping. The site didn't provide information on the costs of each option until at the end when you had concluded the transaction.

US Flag is the best merchant I have found for American stick flags. They are reasonably priced, good quality and made in the U.S. My family purchases a few hundred flags each year, to place on veterans' graves at Memorial Day. US Flag enables us to g...et the most for our money.
