Our cone tapered ground set aluminum flagpoles are precision fabricated utilizing the industry's most sophisticated, state-of-the-art manufacturing process. The conical portion tapers approximately 1 inch every 5 1/2 feet. Flag poles with overall lengths of less than 38' 6" are shipped in one piece. Longer lengths are shipped in sections and will be factory fitted with a self-aligning sleeve which requires no field welding. Upon proper assembly a hair-line joint will occur.
Our cone tapered aluminum flagpoles come in sizes from 15ft to 80ft and on most of them we offer the anodized color options. We also have steel flagpoles in heights from 90ft to 130ft. While all of our aluminum flagpoles require little maintenance to retain their natural shine, our anodized flagpoles offer an even simpler solution. Our satin brushed finished flagpoles will generally keep clean with the rainfall in most areas, however; because the exterior of the flagpole is aluminum, it will continue to oxidize throughout its lifetime. Special cleaning agents may be required to remove the discoloration caused by this process of oxidation. Our anodized flagpoles do not encounter this problem. The process of anodization actually creates a barrier on the external surface of the aluminum flagpole, thus eliminating the oxidation process. Because the aluminum is not exposed to the elements, it cannot oxidize. The anodized finishes allow you to clean your flagpole with simple soap and water. For this reason, we recommend the purchase of an anodized finish on all of our flagpoles. For more information, please review each series below.

Most of these flagpoles require expert installation and a crane. Please consult an engineer for proper installation. Also, read the wind speed chart before choosing your flagpole.

Poles shipped via Freight must be inspected by the receiver before you sign the delivery acceptance form. Online Stores, Inc. is not liable for damaged or missing items when shipped via freight if you sign for it accepting responsibility of delivery. However, if you notice something is missing or damaged upon receiving, before a signature is given you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you accept delivery on this pole and then later want to return it you will be resonsible for the freight to return it, in addition their is a 10% restock fee for commercial grade sectional poles and 15% restock fee for commercial one piece poles.

Typical delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks. These large flagpoles are too long for UPS. They ship by truck from a number of warehouses across the US. Shipping costs vary according to the flagpole and your location, and are typically not less than $100. Shipping costs can exceed $500 for larger poles and orders for multiple poles. Residential deliveries are more expensive than commercial locations. Our shopping cart is not able to calculate these costs, and will add $24.95 for shipping. You can call in toll free 1-877-734-2458and we will obtain a shipping quote for you prior to placing an order. Alternatively, place your order online and we will contact you by email with a shipping cost, normally by the end of the next business day. At this point you may cancel the order without penalty. Some of the larger flagpoles are made to order so there may be a cancellation charge once you accept the shipping costs and the order is in progress.
UPON FREIGHT DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL POLES PLEASE INSPECT THEM AND THE CONTENTS INSIDE BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM. ONCE YOU SIGN FOR THE POLE STATING THAT YOU'VE RECEIVED EVERYTHING AND IT IS IN GOOD STANDING THEN WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPLACE DAMAGES OR FILE CLAIMS TO REPLACE DAMAGES. ONLINE STORES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORT IF THE MERCHANDISE WAS SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY.
All poles are double spiral wrapped with protective paper and shipped in a hard fiber tube. WARNING - The flagpole shaft will stain if allowed to remain in contact with wet or damp wrappings. If there is any sign that the shaft or its shipping tube has come in contact with water during shipment, remove from the tube and unwrap immediately. If the shaft is to be stored outdoors, it must be stored unwrapped, out of the tube and off the ground.
