"Horrible, horrible horrible - Absolutely ZERO customer service. If you want an expensive see thru flag, then get one. While they SAY these flags are made in the US, I don't believe it. It took TWO weeks to arrive, so I believe it actually came from China. I contacted them about the see thru part multiple times both by E-mail AND Facebook and not a peep from them. This is how they treat a 100% disabled US Army Veteran. see picture, don't waste your money. . . . ."

"This flag was a decent price and came when promised. It appears well made but the material is sheer, or somewhat see-through. It's not what I had in mind. I contacted Customer Service, on 3-23-26, via email requesting an exchange for a Nylon flag. No reply yet. I called today, 3-24-26 and had to record a voicemail. I have not had a reply yet. I hope to hear something tomorrow, 3-25-26."
