Nice flagpole but…
"Received the estate series 25ft flagpole in anodized black. The flagpole is very nice and that’s the good part. The not so good part is having a flagpole that is pre threaded on top to accept a rotating truck halyard but not having the option at the time of ordering to get one. It was sent with a stationary halyard, which isn’t great for changing wind patterns. I contacted customer service, bringing the issue to light, and asked if I could return the stationary truck for credit toward a rotating truck. This led to total confusion with the customer service rep who just couldn’t understand what I was asking. Their last correspondence stated I could return the flagpole for credit. I called the company and asked them to pull the email chain so I could explain a simple request. Couldn’t do that. Told them I didn’t want to return a nice flagpole but wanted to exchange a part for credit toward the right one. Nope, can’t do that. Finally the second customer service person said I would just have to buy the part I needed. So that’s what I did. Good grief. Upon reflection, this company should make all options available at time of ordering to avoid issues like this in the future."
