"The flag pole is solid, holds up well and looks good. I highly recommend it. With it I ordered a 3x5 flag and a flash collar which were fine. I also placed a pole-top light in my cart. My cart said my order qualified for free shipping. However, when I checked out, $146. 68 was automatically added for shipping. I called customer service and had to leave several voicemails with no response. When I finally got through to them, they explained that the light did not qualify for free shipping so it disqualified the entire order. I took the light out and the rest of the order qualified for free shipping, so I checked out without the light. I ordered the light from another company."
