"After using a different one that faded in 6 months, I spoke with a CSR regarding my needs for an outdoor flag here in Florida, and the Annin 3ft x 5ft Tough Tex Polyester American Flag was recommended. However, in just 3 months of use one of the seams ripped and customer service says tough luck, it is normal wear and tear. The flag itself is fantastic, but if the seams come apart with normal use in such a short time, I am getting a differnt brand of better quality from a comapny that stands behind their product. #disappointed"

Hello everyone. I'm a 23

"Hello everyone. I'm a 23 year retired Navy officer. Particular about the flag I fly 24/7/365. I have the Tough Tex 3X5. The only time the flag is not flying is when a hurricane is approaching Pensacola. I change it every year, not because it looks too worn, it never does. It is hanging at a proper angle from a marine quality SS tube. I add a brass grommet to the bottom hanging corner with a small SS wire to a stake in the ground with just a little looseness to keep it from flapping during winds. I usually add the grommet myself, but from now on I'll request one from this provider. Haven't checked with them, but feel they would oblige. Mike Louy"
