The Base and Flags Did Not FIt
"I purchased 24 Flag Bases and 24 USA Flags and 24 St. Of Georgia Flags for table center pieces for a Veterans' Day Luncheon. The flag staffs were larger than the holes in the bases. I had to use my pocketknife and shave the flag staffs down to use them. Other than that, the flags and bases were fine. 186 Veterans and Spouses celebrated the occasion."

The flags DON'T fit in these. . .
"The flags were too big to have a snug fit in these holders. . . and since they were made of plastic, not metal, like it looks, when you try to push the flags in, it just bends the flag stem. I tried sanding the flags stems down a little to get them to fit, but be careful. . . if you sand them down too much, the flags fall out! What good are these if they can't hold the flags they were designed for?"
Flag staffs didn't fit
"I bought this holder and two 4"" X 6"" desk-sized flags to go with it. The flags were top quality, but the plastic staffs on which they fly would not quite fit in the holes in this holder. I had to drill the holes out slightly larger to get the staffs to fit."
Damaged goods
"Very disappointed in this product. The gold top was heavily scratched. It is certainly worth the price if not in a damaged condition."
