Bought this for using with Cub Scout group.
Wanted a weighted one but did not think they would be using sand for the weight. When the package arrived, the sand had come out of the base and was in the box. The plug to keep the sand in the stand is pretty cheap. China? The stand is duller in color than what is pictured. I guess if you want a real quality flag stand, you have to spend more money. .
