Website description was confusing and

"Website description was confusing and said no refunds. I ended up with a Navy Flag with no grommets to secure the flag to my flagpole. I wish the description was more clear. It definitely made clear no refunds."

Navy flag

"It's of poor quality. It's already shreading at the bottom right hand. And it's not the same size as the Navy flag. Although they say it's 3x5. Navy flag is 3-4 inches smaller"
