Customer service and delivery was spot on.
No issues and shipment arrived when expected. The flag is very high quality met all expectations. The only suggestion for improvement is the way the flag was packaged for shipment- it was folded into a tight bundle and came out very wrinkled. We had to steam it before it could be displayed. It would be great if it was folded properly (triangle representing a cocked hat) and shipped that way.
