I originally ordered a 3" base residential flag pole set 5 years ago.
Due to an accident having nothing to do with the quality of the pole, I needed to replace it. They were not available at the time. I found one at another company that was guaranteed to withstand winds of 75 mph. In fact, it didn't probably because it had a 2" base. It bent 20" above the ground. Learned my lesson. Buy from US Flag Store and get real, lasting value.

Poor product and customer service
"I received this flagpole with no instructions included, which made assembly unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, key hardware pieces were missing right out of the box. For the price, the materials feel extremely cheap and not what I expected from something advertised as “heavy duty. ” Within the first two days of use, multiple parts either broke or failed, raising serious concerns about the overall durability. This product is also listed as residential-grade and not meant for severe conditions, but it couldn’t even handle normal use. I attempted to contact customer service regarding these issues, but never received a response to my emails. Overall, this product is not worth the price. I would not recommend purchasing it and will not be buying from this company again."

"Very nice, sturdy, graduated diameter flag pole. I didnt have any instruction sheet in my box, but even without instruction, the simple obvious assembly of sliding swedged sections into pipe, it went together quick. Screw on rope cleat. Install pulley and ball assembly on top. Then thread rope through pulley and your ready for flag clips and flag!"

"I have had this flag pole six years. It has survived 80mph gusts four years ago and still doing well. The 80mph bent it cery slightly butthe integrity is this there and functions like new. I would recommend this product."
