The POW/MIA flag depicts a silhouette of a man's head with a barbed wire fence and a watchtower in the background. Above the design is the title "POW/MIA," and below the design the flag bears the motto "You Are Not Forgotten." With the exception of the American flag, the POW/MIA flag is the only flag to fly over the White House and fly continually over the capitol's rotunda. The POW flag is already shredding even though they were both installed at the same time about a week after delivery. I am not satisfied with the quality of the flag and am disappointed that I will have the additional expense of replacing it hopefully with a better quality product.
