While the New York flag
"While the New York flag is very nice (there were 6 other flags in that order as well - all good!) I had another order that followed that one. I was given an estimate for the arrival & almost a week after that date I sent an email asking what the delay was. No one contacted me. Then an email came asking me if the employee that contacted me was helpful. No one had contacted me. So I replied saying that & saying I was not happy with the experience regarding the latest order. No one responded, however my order arrived 2 days later. I have always appreciated the quality of the flags I buy. That said, a little more effort to communicate would be most encouraging."
