Awesome product, works well as expected
This was the best addition to have for your flag.
The set has kept my flag displayed perfectly. No longer being knotted up due to heavy winds. The old hardware that I had was made of plastic and it would break. This set is alunimum with bearings that keep the Flag fully displayed and Free of limitations. Great mounting hardware. R. P.
My 1-star review is not for the product.
It seems completely fine. My 1-star is for the customer service of this company. I mistakenly ordered these rings to replace the lousy ones that came with it. Unfortunately, I have been working a lot and only recently had a chance to install them on my flag. When I realized they were the wrong size, I attempted to return them. But wait! The return window had closed. Like they're spoiled or something. They are in the original box, and I can't use them, so they're in perfect shape. I have no use for them, and now, ironically, I have no use for this company, either. Buye beware.
