It is non corrosive, non-conductive and comes complete with a gold anodized aluminum spun ball top, stationary truck, cleat, 1/2" Nylon halyard, ground sleeve and flash collar. This flagpole comes with a white finish. Butt diameter is 4.25", top diameter is 2.75", Windspeed rating is 65mph unflagged, flagged is 45mph with a 4' x 6' flag. Made in the USA
