Not up to usual quality standard. This is a flag with a pocket that slip over the poll. Upper attachment point do not work with each other. In the wind the causes the flag to not spin around the pole This causes the flag to hang up on the pole. I bought this product to avoid this problem. The pole is too flimsy. It bends under the weight of the flag. In the past I have been very happy with your products. This time no so much. Would return if I could.
