The light is too small to light up the flag
Light is too small does not shine enough light on my flag. I would not buy this again. I'm looking for a larger light

Bright
Just put it on the flagpole and it is very nice.

Good, cost-effective solution
Went with this micro light because most of the other flag lights I found were well into the hundreds of dollars. This has worked well for me. I positioned the light and the screen down by the base of the pole and oriented the screen to face the south (I'm in the U.S. Midwest). Works fine. Because the light has a fairly narrow beam, I have the light aimed at the top corner of the flag to catch most of the flag as it naturally waves in the breeze.
