Very nice display to honor my dad
The display case and pedestal were packaged very well so there would be no damage in shipping. The case is roomy enough so I put my fathers epaulets and arm badge inside with the flag which made it much more personal for me. Good Quality! Thanks.

Stunning Flag Case
This gorgeous cherrywood case now holds the flag from by dad 's funeral. He died from Covid-19. It is displayed proudly in my home. I love the quality as well. Beautiful product.

4.5 STARS: The case and pedestal are beautiful and appear to be very well crafted. My only complaint is that the brass plate was lightly scratched and wasn't affixed to the pedestal prior to delivery. Having to stick it on myself was a minor inconvenience. The scratch was a minor annoyance. Not enough for me to dock a full star. Overall great product. Would buy it again for future gifts.

US Flag Store made it right
There were a couple of problems with the order, including dings on the pedestal and different lettering on the brass plate. But after some back and forth, US Flag Store made it right and will ship out replacements. Great Customer Service. What was never in question was the quality of the flag box itself, which was excellent.

Good Wood Quality Low Magnetic Quality
I doubt seriously anyone ever reads these reviews from US Flag Store and sadder still if anything is ever passed on to the builders of these flag cases. It is a nice wooden decorative piece but it has an extremely shoddy magnet to close the case. I don't know if they have a model flag they build these things from but evidently it is a thin perfect flag for a perfect fit. I used a piece of invisible tape to close it with so it wouldn't fall open. They have to realize that most casket size flags are going to be somewhat "puffy" and you can only compress them so much and they are folded as they should be. Do these people not realize the meaning behind these flag cases for the ones left behind to mourn and honor their loved ones without risk of the case keep falling open because of not improving the closing mechanism? Is it because of the all mighty dollar? If this is the case then you should lower the price just because of this recurring defect. I would not recommend getting this unless you are going to compromise the closing of it somehow yourself, because evidently they are never going to improve it.

Case had a corner scuffed to bare wood and a gouge on the top side. Clearly was in this condition when shipped.
