Terrible
I ordered this for our office. No instructions, the pole does not even sit in the base, and apparently you must fill the base with sand or something to add the weight needed to support the pole.

Great flag for the price. The golds don't match and you need to buy a tassel separate.

beautiful flag lacks assembly instructions
My flag, pole, stand, chord, and eagle came today. I went to assemble it and there were no instructions. I know it sounds crazy and should be easy, just order one and you will find out for yourself. I'm keeping my flag and will place it in my office when I figure out the where the extra pieces go.
