This pole is made with a very sturdy hardwood with a 1 inch diameter. They are finished with 2 coats of gloss exterior varnish, and include a hardwood 1 7/8" ball finial for superior presentation.

Great product at good price
Good strong pole, my only problem is that the "cut-off" end is not sealed (varnished) and the first time it rained, the pole swelled-up and I had trouble removing it from the bracket.

Very Disappointed
Have been ordering flags, poles and flag clips from your company for about 3 years now. This particular pole was good quality wood but much to large in circumference to accommodate the flag clips. Couldn't get the new clips around the pole. Used the new clips on the old pole and they worked perfectly. Problem is, I need a new flagpole. I'll return the one I received and hope that the new one is machined properly.
