The 40ft Continental Series C72 Commercial Flagpole comes shipped in two sections and comes with everything you need to get your flag in the air. It has a classic commercial taper that sees the bottom diameter of the flagpole at a mammoth 7 inches and goes smoothly up to 3.5 inches in diameter at the top. Equipped with a more than adequate wall thickness of 0.156 of an inch as well as a complete external halyard assembly. Included in this is a rope halyard made of #10 polyester with 5/16ths of an inch diameter, two (2) solid brass swivel flag snaps, and two (2) neoprene flag snap covers. Also featured is a 9-inch cast aluminum cleat to keep your halyard safe and secure. A cast aluminum revolving truck with dual stainless steel bearing assemblies takes care of the top for you, ensuring that your flag never gets caught up. A heavy-duty gold aluminum anodized ball is fitted for the top of your flagpole and is a look that never goes out of style. You also get a spun aluminum flash collar for the bottom to give it a nice, neat, and clean appearance. For installation, a galvanized 16-gauge corrugated steel ground sleeve with a steel grounding spike is going to come with and make sure your new flagpole stays safe and sound in the ground. The max windspeed for this flagpole runs at 72 miles per hour flagged and up to 122 miles per hour unflagged. This flagpole is not for the faint of heart.
