Details
This flag is made from one of the most durable flag materials on the market: spun polyester. The open weave reduces fabric stress and resists high winds. These flags are the best choice if you fly the flag 24/7 and if the flag is flown in an area with high windspeeds. As these flags are made from heavier fabric, they require a higher wind speed to "fly" than nylon flags and they require more effort to put up and take down. The polyester fabric looks like a coarse cotton, resists fraying and is designed for outdoor use. This flag is very attractive: it has sewn stripes, embroidered stars, a sturdy canvas heading, and brass grommets.

Excellent
I would not order my flags from any where else!! I love them! We fly the American Flag at our Apartment building that is located by a busy street and the flag holds up very well. I love the fact that they are made here in the USA

Did not hold up
We purchased this flag in April of 2015 based on the material and reviews of durability. The flag is flown 24 hours a day in north east Ohio so there are variable winds with moderate temperatures. A professional upholsterer repaired the flag in October, patching a frayed corner and reinforcing several seams with additional material. By mid-January, the flag is in tatters to the extent we are replacing it with a tougher, more expensive selection. The flag has a nice weight and appearance and may be suitable for day time display where it is not subject to the weather continuously.

Great quality, fly 24/7
I've used this exact flag for years at my house on the Cape Cod coast where there is a lot of wind. Flying them 24/7, they tend to last between 6-9 months which seems pretty reasonable considering the constant and frequently strong winds. Great quality and well made.
