It comes with a wheel mount bracket and ground sleeve so that both can be accomplished. The mount bracket also has holes for ground stakes so a car isn't even needed. One of the greatest features about this product is the nylon carrying case. This allows for easy transportation, set up, and clean up. It also allows room for you to carry your favorite flag! This flagpole is able to fly 1 or 2 of your favorite flags at the same time or 1 feather flag.
