We send out promotional offers about once every 2 months to existing customers and members of our mailing list. Offers often include free shipping coupons or special discounts. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and caculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA. PA does not charge sales tax on flags or PA state flags. This was enacted by the Congress of the United States. Hence all US flags, plus most military and historical flags are not taxed. Flagpoles, other states flags, country flags and football flags are taxable, as are all shipping charges, even for US flags.
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If you ship to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service. Online Stores Inc. also reserves the right to change your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing.
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. To help us process your return in a timely fashion please include the packing slip or copy of invoice. If you do not have either please put a note inside with order number, name, address and telephone number. Thank you.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any large orders that are returned. A 10% fee will be charged on items returned without the original packaging.
FLAGS: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees. State and International flags that you have paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe are NON-REFUNDABLE
FLAG CASES: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees and $10 restock fee. If you have affixed the face plate and /or a medallion onto the case or the pedestal you CAN NOT RETURN the merchandise.
FLAG BUNTING: Flag bunting is NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE, AND NON EXCHANGEABLE.
FLAGPOLES: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees. There is a $15 restock fee for all in ground flagpoles. There is no restock fee on indoor and wall mount residential flagpoles. Please contact us if you need to return a large one piece flagpole, as these ship directly to the flagpole factory. Customers will have to pay for the freight to return their commercial flag pole. There is also a 10% restock fee on commercial grade and a 15% restock fee on commercial one piece flag poles. Poles shipped via Freight must be inspected by the receiver before you sign the delivery acceptance form. Online Stores, Inc. is not liable for damaged or missing items when shipped via freight if you sign for it accepting responsibility of delivery. However, if you notice something is missing or damaged upon receiving, before a signature is given you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, such as flags and lapel pins, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes custom items, embroidered, headers, fly end corners, engraving plates, flags that you paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe to, and any international or state flags over 5ft x 8ft. Larger flags are not a stock item, they are made to order. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable or held responsible for misspelled orders placed online by the customer. Please proofread and look over your order before sending it through.
STICK FLAGS: Military, Historical, State & International Stick flags are non-returnable/non-refundable. Stick Flags are not suitable for young children. We try our best to have all the stick flag staffs and tops look alike, however some substitutions may be made in the event we awaiting a shipment to arrive. We reserve the right to make these substitutions.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.
RE-STOCK FEE: none except for flag cases, were a $10 fee applies, and outdoor in ground flagpoles were a $15 fee applies. Commercial grade sectional poles have a 10% restock fee and Commercial 1 piece poles have a 15% Restock fee.

We can supply large quanties of top quality flags wholesale within 1 - 2 weeks. Please email us for latest prices and availability. Wholesale prices are only given to retailers/dealers. You must have a Tax ID and Retail (resale) license. Just because you want to order large quantities does not get you wholesale pricing. If you are ordering BULK we offer quantity buys online. These are our lowest prices. Purchasing wholesale means that you have a license to do so.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. The minimum order is $50.00. Mail to the address above or or fax to 866-910-4018. You MUST FAX OR MAIL your own Purchase Order form. Purchase Order Form MUST be from your company's accounting department. Purchase Orders MUST be signed and have a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and you must be credit worthy. The PO must show the items you want and the prices. It takes longer to process a PO than a credit card order, typically 3 - 5 days. We do not ship PO's by air. If you need goods quickly order online with a credit card and specify next day or 2 day air. Purchase orders faxed over to us that are incomplete will NOT be processed. OLS is NOT liable for negligence. Please proof your purchase order before faxing. Please check the fax number before faxing. We do not accept COD orders. FREE SHIPPING COUPONS OR ANY OTHER COUPONS DO NOT APPLY FOR PURCHASE ORDERS.
PURCHASE ORDER IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS.

On occasion actual flag colors may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and Online Stores, Inc. will not be held responsible.

Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day.(Effective 03/09/2007) Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
