This printing method is direct onto 200 Denier nylon, which is durable enough for outdoor use, but vibrant enough for indoor display. There are no color limits, the price is the same for 1 color as it is for 4 or more colors! Please note that digitally printed flags do not weather as well as screen printed flags.
We offer a fast production time of 4 weeks from order and receipt of artwork, to shipment of the finished flags. We offer any quantity, starting at 1 flag for 2' x 3' and larger sizes. Minimum quantities apply for smaller sizes.
Artwork
We need to know how to make your flags. The best solution is to email us with the artwork in EPS format at 300 dpi. Other formats may be useable, including TIF and jpg if the resolution is high enough. We will contact you with pricing if we need to improve your artwork. Please email artwork in electronic format to customflag@onlinestores.com. Please include as much information as possible in text box, including PMS colors if you have them.
Setup Charges
There is a set up charge of $46.00 for quantities under 25 prints. The set up fee is waived for quantities of 25 and over.

Custom Nylon Flags
The digital age is upon us, and the United States Flag Store is right there with the newest technology for you! Our digitally printed custom nylon flags have one incredible advantage over standard polyester flags: they have the ability to be in full color! Since the nylon flags are printed digitally, the cost is the same for 1 color as it is for 100 colors. This process allows for full color photos to be displayed proudly on a banner or a flag.
These nylon flags are heavy-duty and are strong enough to fly outdoors. The colors are vibrant, as well, meaning your creation will be seen far and wide.
