I was convinced that I...

I was convinced that I wanted a steel flag pole until my neighbor bought one of the fiberglass ones... I now have mine and will be installing it soon.. WITH FANFARE! (Sherrills Ford, NC)

Overview

Description

Every Alliance Flagpole is manufactured from a mixture of fiberglass matt and polyester resin and finished with a marine grade UV resistant gel coat to prevent crazing, chalking and deterioration of color. Made with a thick conically shaped wall incorporating a wider taper for added strength, these poles are resistant to wind speeds in excess of 100mph (un-flagged), and average 50,000lbs per square inch tensile strength. This residential grade 3 piece fiberglass pole comes complete with a gold anodized aluminum spun ball top, stationary truck, cleat, 1/2" Nylon halyard, corrugated PVC ground sleeve and flash collar. Standard finish on our fiberglass range is white.
