(California)This was a great buy, quality was super and everything arrived in a neat box. The only slight downside would be the fact that all the flags are each bundled with a rubber band and when you go to display them, they don’t unfurl very well and often stay rolled up. No big deal, a heavy phonebook did the trick to flaten them out and overall this was a great purchase!
